Ryanair: 11 hours delay and no compensation
Ryanirs flight from Berlin to Stockholm 21 December was cancelled after the passengers waited several hours at the airport. The next flight was 11 hours later and Ryanair refused to pay hotel or give passengers any compensation, claiming the weather. But according to the EU regulation, it’s only in extraordinary circumstances that that the airlines doesn’t have to compensate. Snow in December in Berlin or Stockholm can’t by any means be seen as “extraordinary”…..
