Ryanair’s flight FR969 could not land at Gothenburg City Airport due to fog. Instead it landed at Gothenburg Landvetter Airport, 40 km away. But Ryanair refused to transport the passengers to the other airport. It even declined passengers to transport themselfs, at their own expense, to the other airport. The plane departed from Landvetter airport empty - with all passengers stranded.

The The Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN) has received complaints from passengers and has verdicted Ryanair to compensate the passengers for their expenses, but Ryanair refuses. Ryanair CEO says ARN are “idiots”.

Time for a consumer boycott of Rayanair? Remember there’s other alternative to the complaint ridden airline. British Airways, Scandinavian Airlines, Finnair and more…
