Ryanair makes incorrect charges

posted in Uncategorized |

Every time you make a reservation with Ryanair, they charge extra for using a credit card. According to Visa, businesses are not allowed to do that, unless the local laws says so. Mr Karl-Henrik Sax therefore got his money back when turning to the card issuer with a complaint, tells Swedish daily Expressen.

Despite the fact that Ryanair know that they are breaking the rules, Ryanair continous to charge extra for credit cards. Another example of the company’s rudeness.

Swedish Ombudsman for Consumers is taking Ryanair to court for violating the EU regulation on re-embursements for delayed or cancelled flights.

Swedish website Flygnyheter.se reports further and wants everyone to claim their money back.
