Scandinavia's largest LGBT Festival is Stockholm Pride. In enrolls the first week of August 2014 and attracts visitors from all over Sweden and many any countries. The Parade is held on Saturday that week and is Sweden's biggest - it usually attracts 75 000 participants and around 400 000 people watching and cheering it. That is every 5th Stockholmer! Summerburst in November: Lights

Stockholms popular Summerburst Festival gets it's twin Festival in November: LIGHTS. The Electronic Music festival is held at Stockholm's new Tele2 Arena, turning it into Scandinavia's largest dance club. Over 15 000 people are expected to participate on 30 November. Tiesto, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike are among the booked performers.

International jumping competitions, World Cup dressage and world class horse shows. This event has something for all horse lovers, from tiny shetland ponies to Western riding and celebrities. The Stockholm International Horse Show is held 28 November to 1 December.

 
Julgalan Christmas Show

The 15th consecutive year of Julgalan, The Christmas Show, starts os 4 December and runs until 19 December. Artists performing includes Titiyo, Agnes, Timbukte, Jill Johnson, Lasse Berghagen, Darin, Brolle, Andreas Johnson and Pauline. The host is Gina Darawi. The Christmas Show is located at Annexet, Stockholm Globe Arena.

 
Christmas Market in Old Town

Stockholm's traditional Christmas Market starts on 23 November this year, in the City's medeival quarters, Gamla Stan. Here you'll find all sorts of Christmas gifts, foods and decorations. It is located at Stortorget, by the Nobel Museum and the Royal Palace. It is well worth a visit! Open daily between 11.00 and 18.00.
