2. What is the nearest underground station?
The apartment has one of the most centrally located in London, right in between Soho and Covent Garden in London's West End. It is 5 minutes walking distance from Leicester Square and 5 minutes from Tottenham Court Road Underground stations, along Charing Cross Road to Cambridge Circus. The apartment is opposite the famous Palace Theatre - next to restaurant Med Kitchen.
The apartment is in Soho and Covent Garden, surrounded by shops, clubs, bars, theatres, museums and other amusements!
3. How do I collect the keys?
On confirmation of the booking you need to inform us of your arrival time and airport/ station, for us to arrange a time to check you in/ hand over keys etc.

4. How do I pay?
Pay by Paypal, bank transfer/ cash...
We do however need your credit card details in order to hold the reservation and for liabilities. Please provide your credit card information on the booking form.
5. Can I smoke?
All rooms are non-smoking.
6. What time can I check in?
The normal check-in time is 2pm (14.00) and onwards.
7. What time do I have to leave?
The normal check out time is 10 am.
Gian might allow you to leave your luggage until later when you depart for the airport. (This has to be agreed between you subject to available storage space).
8. Is breakfast served?
Self catering with fully equiped kitchen. You also have a wide choice of coffee shops, pavement café’s and restaurants right at your front door, where you can enjoy breakfast all day long and watch the world go by!
9. How often are the rooms cleaned?
The rooms are cleaned between every guest and for longer stays, at least once weekly.
10. Is the accommodation safe and secure?
Yes. You will be supplied with a set of keys; one key for each of the doors to the apartment block, to the 5th floor flat and to your room. All reasonable precautions have been made to ensure your belongings are safe. Please take care to lock the doors carefully. (There is a charge of £50 for lost keys).
11. Is there Internet connection in the apartment?
Yes, free broadband Internet access are available in all rooms, just bring your laptop.
12. What if I cancel?
Please notify us as soon as possible and well in advance of any cancellations.
Should you cancel more than 8 weeks prior to your arrival, 75% of the accommodation fee will be refunded, between 4- 8 weeks days, 50 %, less than 4 weeks, nil.
In case of not showing up at all, having not cancelled your reservation, you’ll be charged the full amount of the reservation!
13. What happens if I break something?
The costs of repairing/ replacing the damaged items will be charged to your credit account, if found responsible.
14. Do I need to clean when I leave?
Normal cleaning is included. If extra cleaning is needed, the guest will be charged.
15. Will any taxes be added?
Prices are all-inclusive. Guests have to pay all bank transfer charges/ 4% Paypal charges, please.
16. Do I need a passport?
All guests are required to bring a photo-ID or passport to identify themselves and sign-in on arrival.
